SOS Caregivers
A listening, support, and accompaniment service for caregivers.
Community Outreach Intervention (ITMAV)
Personalized support for seniors experiencing a vulnerable situation.
Aide-moi! dans les Collines
A service that helps with small outdoor tasks through volunteer involvement.
Transportation and Grocery Assistance for Seniors
A service that facilitates transportation and certain essential daily errands.
Meals on Wheels – Pontiac
A meal service that supports aging at home and nutritional well-being.
