Do you need help with the exterior maintenance of your property?
‘A Little Help for My Friend,’ plays a pivotal role in our community, particularly for our seniors. This initiative is not merely about providing assistance with exterior maintenance but about building connections, fostering friendships, and ensuring that our seniors can maintain their dignity and quality of life.
Through this project, volunteers engage with seniors, offering support in various forms—whether it’s shovelling, raking or cleaning up garden beds, mowing the lawn, stacking firewood, etc.

Volunteering is one of the most rewarding experiences one can undertake. It allows us to step out of our daily routines, to give back to our communities, and to connect with others. When we volunteer, we gain a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The act of giving tends to fill us with joy.
Helping seniors is not just a duty, it’s an honor. As we support our seniors, we honor their contributions and ensure that they live their golden years with grace. They have valuable lessons to share, and when we take the time to listen and help, we foster intergenerational bonds that strengthen our society as a whole.
